Very clean. Personnel was very polite. Fantastic view (palazzo).
Mini bar was not available. Also, no one there at night in case something happened- emergency.

We stayed at the Belvedere which had 5 rooms - we occupied 4 of them. Each room had its own decor - very nicely done. Our rooms had good view of the harbor and the city. We loved the breakfast spread Ia, our host, put out for us every morning in the courtyard under the orange fruit trees. We were treated to special treats upon our arrival in the aftrenoon of Oct 5. Thank you Ia for making our stay memorable.

Location was excellent, minutes walk to town and the beach. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, however, they are small. Anastasia is very helpful and full of knowledge of the local area. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent.

Had an amazing weekend getaway at a charming boutique hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and making us feel at home. The breakfast served on the balcony was a highlight, with delicious Greek food and stunning views of the city. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The bathroom could have used a bit of a makeover, but the amazing shower made up for it. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic stay in the heart of the city.

breakfast was offered outside on a nice balcony, hotel was quiet, a bit home-like, inside old town of nafplio which is very touristic but really ok compared to many other greece towns
at night we saw cockroaches near the hotel but inside it was clean, there are many staires to the hotel - a good climb.

We stayed in the historical center, with lovely restaurants just a stroll away. the location was perfect with everything in walking distance. the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with a nice bathroom. the breakfast served in the room was delicious. Staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. the view from the room was breathtaking with lots of facilities to make us feel at home.
Only issue was the challenging parking situation in the tight old town area, but this was to be expected.

A very sweet girl at reception explained everything about the hotel, rooms and the town in a cheerful way in excellent English. The comfortable and very clean rooms are well decorated in a fungky modern way. The hotel is in an old and charming part of town that is hardby the shops, restuartants and square. The hotel's shady garden and views over the town has a great ambiance.
We hope to go there again.
